How are the swimming exercises described?


All of the exercises are described in writing.  There is also a link within the text to an online video that shows you the exercises.  The videos are narrated as well.  Between the video, the audio, and the writing, you should be able to understand what’s happening!


Are the training plans going to be appropriate for me?


I’ve included training that are for 3 different levels of performance, whether you’re pretty new to the water, or you have a pretty solid training background.  Just as importantly, I’ve included simple and easy strategies for modifying the these to your needs and ability levels.  Any of the training plans can quickly be modified for anyone at any level.


I already swim as part of a group.  Will the information be useful for me?


The exercises I include can be used during any type of workout or swim session.  Almost all practice groups have segments where you can choose your own exercises, and you can simply use the ones I describe.  Many of the exercises can be performed during the rest periods in between repetitions or sets.  With a little creativity, you can seamlessly integrate the concepts and the exercises into any training regimen.
