What is if I can’t get video?


No problem.  I’ve done training plans for people without video.  As long as you can clearly describe what you biggest challenges are, you’ll make just as much progress.


How will I know if I am improving?


We’ll be keeping track of the performance measures that are important to you, whether that’s how far you swim, how easy you can swim, or how fast you can swim.


How long will the workouts be?


That’s completely up to you.  You let me know what you want, and that’s what we’ll do.


Does it matter how many times I swim per week?


Nope.  You can swim as often as you’d like


What if I am a complete novice?


Great!  That means you have more opportunity for improvement.  I’ve worked with individuals that could barely swim one lap of the pool.  They could do a lot more afterwards!


What if I have problems with the exercises or the workouts?


Whatever the issue, I’m here to help.  You’ll have e-mail access.


What if I want to keep training?


No problem.  We can roll right into another program, re-assess your video, and keep training!


How will I know if I am performing the exercises correctly?


The exercises are all designed to naturally provide feedback, which lets you know what needs to improve.  However, you can always let me know what you’re struggling with or send me videos, and I’ll help you get back on track.


What if I struggle with the workouts?


If the workouts prove to be too difficult, we just adjust them.  We’ll be communicating via e-mail, so it’s simple!
