Mistakes You're Making #9 You're Too Focused on Your Feelings

It's important to pay attention to how your skills are feeling.

If you're not paying attention to what you're experiencing when you swim, it's going to be tough to improve your skills.

HOWEVER, if that's ALL you pay attention to, you're going to be in trouble.

You need to focus on whether a skill is WORKING for you.

Are you swimming faster?

Are your stroke counts changing?

Does it take less effort?

These are the end results that you need to stay focused on as they'll determine your performance.

Pay attention to your feelings.

VERIFY with performance.
