Breathing is a major challenge for triathletes.
A big part of that challenge is learning how to breathe rhythmically.
Unfortunately, you can’t breathe whenever you want; you have to breathe in a certain rhythm.
Bobbing helps with this skill because you have to breathe in rhythm.
