Small Cues That Make a Big Difference IV

A big challenge with improving your skills is that there is a lot to work on, and you can only really focus on one thing at a time.

A result, you need to be really careful and really selective with what you choose to work on.

In the next few posts, I'm going to give you simple cues that make a big difference.

#4. Hide You Head

If the head goes up the hips go down.

If the hips go down, the legs go down.

If the legs go down, it's going to be a LOT harder to swim effectively.

You're going to need to kick harder to get the feet up, or suffer the consequences of low feet?

Dragging legs are literally a drag on your speed.

Hide the head underwater, and you'll find it can make a big difference in how you're moving through the water.

To help find the best head position for you, give the exercise below a shot.
