Small Cues That Make a Big Difference V

Andrew Sheaff

A big challenge with improving your skills is that there is a lot to work on, and you can only really focus on one thing at a time.

A result, you need to be really careful and really selective with what you choose to work on.

In the next few posts, I'm going to give you simple cues that make a big difference.

#5. Pull Straight Back.

While the arm pull can seem really complicated, it's actually pretty simple.

Just pull back.

If you want to go forward, you need to move water backwards.

The best way to do that is to pull back.

Rather than moving the arm side to side, keep it simple, and you'll find your pulling actions become much better.

This is a great exercise to work on this skill.
